Generally sample cost is bear by us to show our sincerity for long time business cooperation’s if the Items which you choose to have sample is in stock or we can produce samples using our existing moulds and materials. You just need pay for the freight cost or we can directly drop samples to your existing DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx account. For unique and special designs or shape with strict customization required samples need you bear some cost because it need open new moulds and other production fixtures and many other production related arrangements, but you no need to worry about it, we are committed to payback your sample cost once you place order for same product. You can be rest assured about production quality after samples, we fully guarantee the mass-production quality match with your tested samples, which can help us accomplish our Mission: Let our honorable clients experience the maximum satisfaction from every details and feel how valuable partner we could be for their company.

Sample delivery time not any issue, we can sent out the samples within 24hours of your request or hardly it can take 3-7working days if we need customize and produce special samples according to your requirements.

    Normal delivery time is 20-45 working days which depend on your order quantity and our monthly production schedule. For any urgent requirements you just need let us know in advance, and then we can coordinate with production department about the shortest possible delivery time.      We can produce any glass crafts according to your requirements. But most of our glass products are hand-made, so each one is unique. But at the same time, we try our best to keep the color/shape consistency or similarity. About size, tolerance is +/-2mm or +/-1mm depends on size of repective product which is the industry standard.

But we need your assistance: please kindly send your unique sample to us, after duplicating it perfectly then we will send it back to you instantly. Or please send the drawing with all details by email. Or introduce your specific ideas to us in details.

   Once got your assistance, our technician will design drawing and our production manager will instruct our highly skilled and experienced workers for customized production. For perfect customization results and our client’s full satisfaction we always choose to double confirm by sending samples to client prior to start mass production.
